You see a beautiful sunset. The sky is mellow with subtle pink and hues of purple. You are immersed in it. Be immersed. You are a complete watcher. Now, if you are being a complete observer, a watcher, what is the reference to who watches?

The eyes see. The light falls on your eyes, the signals pass through your optical nerve and the whole mechanism of it, but who is the watcher? There is attention, an awareness. If you are immersed into the watching completely, there is no watcher, hence, there is only the magnificent display of light as reality. And if you must watch, completely immersed, there must be stillness. Stillness, not harnessed in mind, made by the thoughts.

Now, when you watch that sunrise, in all its glory, so immersed that there is no watcher, there will be no entity that can say, 'I am watching.' You become the experience. The reality.
